About Concrete Mix Calculator
The Concrete Mix Calculator simplifies the complex task of determining the right proportions of Cement, Sand, and Aggregate for various concrete grades. Whether for simple floor PCC (M10, M15) or structural RCC members like beams and columns (M20, M25), this tool provides instant material breakdown.
How to Use This Tool
Enter Volume - Free Construction Calculator | NexUtils
Free enter volume for construction professionals. Calculate materials, costs, and quantities accurately. Easy to use and completely free.
Select Grade
Choose the mix grade. M20 (1:1.5:3) is standard for residential slabs and beams. M15 is used for flooring/PCC.
Analyze Requirements
Get exact quantities of cement bags, sand (CFT/Ton), and aggregate (CFT/Ton) needed for the mix.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is M20 grade suitable for?
M20 (ratio 1:1.5:3) is the most standard grade for general reinforced concrete works (RCC) like slabs, beams, columns, and heavily used floors in residential buildings.
Why is dry volume higher than wet volume?
Dry materials (cement, sand, aggregate) have air voids. When water is added and mixed, these voids fill up, reducing the volume. To get 1 m³ of wet concrete, you need approx 1.54 m³ of dry materials.
