Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate is the steel estimation?
We use a standard thumb rule of ~4kg per sq.ft (or 4MT per 1000 sq.ft) which covers typical residential columns, beams, and slabs. Structural designs may vary.
Does this include the foundation?
The thumb rules generally average out the cost of foundation + structure per square foot of built-up area. For very deep pile foundations, costs will be higher.
